Numbers that describe work rather than traits
Where a core number describes what you are like, these describe what you keep running into. A life lesson number names the thing that shows up repeatedly until it is dealt with, and a shadow number names the version of a strength that appears when you are tired or threatened.
That makes them less comfortable reading than a personality profile, and more useful if you take them at face value.
Where to start
Run your life path number first, because these readings are all interpreted against it. A shadow number read without the life path tends to sound harsher than it is.
None of this is therapy or a diagnosis. If a reading lands on something genuinely painful, that is a conversation for a person, not a calculator.
