A day for expression: universal day 3

How the number is worked out
Add the digits of the year, the month and the day, then reduce the total to a single digit or a master number: 10 + 9 + 20 = 39, reduced to 3.
The energy of the day
Three wants to be spoken aloud. Ideas that felt vague on paper become clear the moment you explain them to someone, so today is better spent talking, writing and making than analysing.
What the day favours
- Publishing, posting or presenting the thing you have been sitting on
- Creative work with no fixed outcome
- Reaching out to someone you enjoy
What to watch
- Scattering energy across too many conversations
- Charm used to avoid a hard truth
One practice for today
Set a timer for ten minutes and write without editing. Underline the one sentence that surprised you.

Mind, body, spirit

- 1. Mind What your thinking is doing.
- 2. Body What the body has been signalling.

Animals
Black hummingbird
Hummingbirds hover, fly backwards and weigh almost nothing, which made them a symbol of resilience across the Americas. Black does not mean bad in most traditions. It marks the protective, private side of the reading, the part that is meant for you rather than for company.

A expression day often carries into sleep. If this symbol turns up tonight, read it against the number rather than on its own.
Events
Dreaming of singing
Enough, and the fear of not having it. Everything turns on the singing.
Read the dream meaningGo deeper
Read the number as a weather report, not an instruction. It describes the conditions you are working in, and you still choose the route.
