How the number is worked out
Add the digits of the year, the month and the day, then reduce the total to a single digit or a master number: 10 + 8 + 20 = 38, reduced to 11.
The energy of the day
Eleven is a 2 raised to a higher pitch. Sensitivity runs high, repeated numbers and echoes tend to appear, and the thing you keep almost saying is usually the thing worth saying.
What the day favours
- Recording a dream or a hunch
- Creative or spiritual work
- Honest listening
What to watch
- Nervous energy read as a warning
- Taking every sign personally

Body
Crown tingling
Tingling at the top of the head is read in yogic practice as energy moving. In plain terms it is read as opening, and a shift in state.

Read the number as a weather report, not an instruction. It describes the conditions you are working in, and you still choose the route.
