How the number is worked out
Add the digits of the year, the month and the day, then reduce the total to a single digit or a master number: 10 + 5 + 14 = 29, reduced to 11.
The energy of the day
Eleven is a 2 raised to a higher pitch. Sensitivity runs high, repeated numbers and echoes tend to appear, and the thing you keep almost saying is usually the thing worth saying.
What the day favours
- Recording a dream or a hunch
- Creative or spiritual work
- Honest listening
What to watch
- Nervous energy read as a warning
- Taking every sign personally

The sky on this date
The sun sits in Taurus on Thu, May 14, with the moon waning crescent at 6 percent lit. An 11 day turns the signal up, and these signs tend to notice the coincidence first.

Body
Crown tingling during prayer
Tingling at the top of the head is read in yogic practice as energy moving. During prayer, meditation or healing work the same sensation is read as confirmation that the practice is landing.

One day rarely settles anything on its own. Its value is in the pattern it belongs to, which is why the cycle matters more than the date.
