How the number is worked out
Add the digits of the year, the month and the day, then reduce the total to a single digit or a master number: 11 + 2 + 4 = 17, reduced to 8.
The energy of the day
Eight deals in consequence. It is the strongest day of the cycle for negotiation, invoicing, asking and deciding, because the number rewards those who state a figure and hold it.
What the day favours
- The financial conversation you have been circling
- Reviewing what a piece of your work is actually worth
- Making the call rather than seeking consensus
What to watch
- Control mistaken for leadership
- Judging the day by one number

Finding a coin after a loss
Pennies from heaven reads found coins as contact from the departed or incoming provision. During grief the reading turns towards contact and comfort. Almost every tradition softens the interpretation for the first year after a death.

Read the number as a weather report, not an instruction. It describes the conditions you are working in, and you still choose the route.
